Each five-course meal begins with a salad course, moving on to a soup course, fish course, meat course, then dessert course. The chef will happily accommodate vegetarians. Two glasses of wine are included: one paired with the fish course, and one paired with the meat course.
The Estate on Coffee Creek
Having dinner at The Estate on Coffee Creek is sort of like having a lovely meal at a friends' place—that is, if your friends is a gourmet chef and he lives in a beautiful 170-year-old red-brick Italianate house. Inside the house, a different dining table is set up in each room. Upon arrival, guests begin working through one of Chef Nicholas Kustala's multicourse seasonal menus, which change daily and can be prepared for both carnivores and vegetarians. If guests so choose, they can pair meals with wine, often including varietals plucked from the area's renowned boutique wineries.
