Very unprofessional b the receptionist. Did not explain what to do on the pod sauna. Didn't clean in between the client's especially the wet floor my daughter slipped on the wet floor from my treatment then immediately after was hers nothing done to the room. Walking to our appt we get a call which we didn't get until we arrived. The lady doing our pedicure going home sick. No one else to do it.

The Refuge is small, but mighty! Each time I visit, they seem to make improvements here and there, which is wonderful! (e.g. cushion in the sauna, keeping toiletries filled, dumping laundry & keeping locker room tidy, increasingly attentive staff) I look forward to my next visit!
