Tomo Sushi's fusion of traditional and contemporary techniques produces a robust collection of popular rolls. The Andy roll, for instance, is an eight-piece package of crab meat, avocado, and cream cheese drizzled in sweet unagi sauce, and the Triple Delight roll covers a classic California roll with a layer of spicy tuna, sliced salmon, and avocado to hide it from paparazzi. Though sushi is the main draw here, signature Japanese recipes garner plenty of attention, too. For these, chefs utilize USDA choice steaks to create such dishes as yakiniku, which consists of thin, tender slices of marinated ribeye and slivers of onions and green onions. In addition to its authentic food, Tomo also boasts a drink selection that's highlighted by Japanese beers and hot and cold sake.
