Polite staffing, average time for oil change, however I did not get a full inspection report. The only report I got was a handwritten note on dealers paperwork that I need tires lol

Never got a Carfax report or anything showing a full inspection was done- I gave 3 stars because I didn’t get everything as advertised! 🤷🏻♀️
