Water Tower Grille
What is now known as Water Tower Grille was built in 1971 as part of an upscale 25 room hotel in the midsts of an picturesque apple orchard. Candlestone Golf & Resort followed a few years after in 1978, when designer Bruce Mathews created what is now considered to be one of the most challenging and beautiful courses in Western Michigan.
Today, on Water Tower Grille's expansive patio, the sun shines overhead and the chefs shine in the kitchen as diners trade bites and golf stories. But even in winter months, this restaurant overlooking the golf course offers a casually gourmet dining experience. Highlights on the menu include juicy steaks, fresh-caught fish, and authentic pasta dinners. Its also hard to go wrong with selections from the expansive menu of craft beers, local wines, and fine spirits that pair nicely with tales from the links.
