On select nights in October, the grounds of Wild River Country become overrun with horrifying mutants, monsters, and maniacs. The water park transforms for Halloween into Arkansas’s most terrifying horror trails, including three haunted mazes, multiple scare zones where creatures lurk around every turn, and a final military safe zone for the uninfected. The whole layout takes about 45 minutes to complete.
The event is recommended for visitors aged 13 or older. Costumes and masks are not allowed.

About Wild River Country
Surrounded by lush, green trees and grassy areas for lounging, Wild River Country overflows with 16 watery attractions such as the Cyclone, which sends groups of four tubing down a slippery slide for a big splash at the end. After getting the water and Poseidon's bickering out of their ears from the wave pool or the rip-roaring Accelerator, parents and kids can grab a bite to eat at the Cookhouse Grill (or another food station) and enjoy it in the picnic area. The Tad Pool lets the little ones splash and play, and the Wild River Rapids lets tubers linger in the sun for a float that's alternately relaxed and rushing. The Pipeline, meanwhile, slings thrill seekers zooming bobsled-like down the slide in a raft. Family-oriented and safe for all ages, the water park doesn't allow smoking or alcohol in the facility and offers clean restrooms and showers.
