FIT—Fast Intense Training—focuses on cardio endurance, muscle conditioning, and overall stamina and flexibility. Classes meet at 8 a.m. for an hour-long, high-intensity workout to kick-start the weekend.
Each five-week program includes 10 sessions that last 70 minutes each. Classes meet every Monday and Wednesday at 6 or 7 a.m., and exercisers can opt to participate in the Butts n Gutts program, FITPump, aerobic kickboxing, or FIT bootcamp.
Work It Off Fitness
The high-intensity trainers at Work It Off Fitness lead a regimen of no-nonsense fitness classes designed to help clients efficiently hit and maintain their health goals. They believe that a tight-knit community of focused and passionate exercisers is an important motivator, so they aim to keep their classes engaging and ever changing to ensure regular participation. Classes focus on aerobic exercise and muscle sculpting, and though they are challenging, each move can be modified to suit students of any fitness levels. In addition to group classes, instructors meet one on one with clients for personal-training sessions or to talk about their muscles’ awkward growth spurts.
