Las Vegas, NV

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars and nightclubs, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker; or grab a front-row seat to the city’s over-the-top glitz at nightly magic, acrobatic, and musical performances. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants and extravagant buffets overflowing with crab legs and prime rib.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, or head to Fashion Show Las Vegas to browse racks at Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue. You can also virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks, thanks to the Strip’s re-creation of the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and Venetian canals. And you’ll find a surprising number of shows in Las Vegas for kids hidden among the raucous nightlife.

Run! Don't waste you money!! Congratulations! This hotel has truly redefined what “hospitality” means. I always thought Las Vegas was famous for its impeccable service, but you’ve proven me wrong in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Let’s start with the front desk experience. I arrived late at night, exhausted, expecting a warm welcome. Instead, Arianna greeted us with a glare and an attitude so unfriendly that I genuinely wondered if being an Asian guest made me unworthy of even basic courtesy. Watching her warmly interact with other (non-Asian) guests later only confirmed that suspicion. The fact that she “accidentally” assigned us two completely uncleaned rooms at 11 PM feels less like a mistake and more like a deliberate insult. When I came back to complain, Nicole, instead of helping, was too busy laughing and chatting with other staff to even acknowledge us. Is that your signature service style? We were then “upgraded” to a room with a broken shampoo holder and a delightful lingering stench, just to remind us of your attention to detail. A quick glance at Google Maps shows Arianna’s name proudly mentioned in multiple negative reviews—proof that this isn’t a one-off but a consistent pattern of poor service that management clearly ignores. As someone who has worked for Marriott, I’m truly shocked. I thought this brand stood for excellence, but this property seems to specialize in discrimination, neglect, and indifference. Based on our treatment, it’s clear that Asian guests are not valued here; we’re just a revenue source you don’t even pretend to respect. Maybe that’s why your team doesn’t bother replying to complaints or reviews—when you’ve decided some guests don’t matter, why engage with them at all? If your goal was to make guests feel invisible, disrespected, and unwelcome, congratulations again—you’ve achieved it. Unless someone enjoys paying premium prices to experience racial bias, broken facilities, and indifference, I’ll be sure to warn them to book anywhere else but here.

Avoid this casino Worst security in whole Vegas. Money was stolen from me at the live table. Only person standing next to me was Platinum member of casino. Probably because of that, I was ignored for reporting incident and after 5 days, they didn’t even record in the system what happened. Luckily I was making money, but they will never see me again. I will go to big casino, where I can feel safe. Do not go there.
