You won't be disappointed! Definetly a solid gym/trainer. It was easy to schedule appointments with Matt and get started. He will push you beyond your normal limits but in a motivational and encouraging way; really has a heart to see fitness change peoples mindset and life.

Matt is truly amazing. He helped me take my training to the next level, worked with my crazy school schedule, and shared his contagious zest for life and travel. He is easy to talk to and is unjudgmental but still pushes you during workouts. I’m amazed at what we accomplished in just 30 mins. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to to start or push their training to the next level.

Matt is so friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to learn about my goals and concerns and crafts workouts that push me. The gym itself is clean and accessible. It’s never crowded and is overall a great experience. 10/5 stars.
