Apart from your business's main attraction, do you offer any "hidden" services or activities that visitors are always delighted to learn about?
Although, jet skis are our main focus, we have standup paddle boards and our infamous and fun Barf Ball.
When and how did you first develop a passion for your work?
Water has always been a drawing force. Humans are drawn to the earth elements, because we are them. I was invited to the lake for a boat ride and someone asked to rent the jet ski I was holding. My passion was born the day I felt the air hit my face while gliding through [the water]. Making the jet-ski experience available to everyone continues to be my mission.
What is the experience customers can expect, and how do you make it special?
Making sure that customers have a great time is essential to me as a person and as a business. We explain the jet-ski operation, [answer] any questions, provide the necessary amount of gas for the duration of your rental, and explain the rental agreement and deposit process. Every time I see a smile from my customers when they return from a jet-ski ride, I draw energy from that, and that is what keeps me going. My job is to ensure that you, my customer, have a phenomenal time and that you come back again for more fun.
