About Austin B-cycle
"Take Austin by the handlebars." That's the motto of Austin B-cycle, and they mean it literally. The bike-sharing program has built 50 stations so far throughout the city, allowing members and visitors to rent bikes for 30-minute increments. During their outings, riders can explore a neighborhood, run errands, or get in a workout before returning the bikes, which are equipped with baskets, lights, adjustable seats, and splashguards, to any station.
