What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Located in a central location on the Portage Lakes. We are the only Kayak rental on the Portage Lakes. The lakes offer many restaurants and bars. We also rent pontoon boats for the whole family to enjoy.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We want your family to enjoy the lakes that we have been fortunate to enjoy for generations. The Portage Lakes are a unique chain of lakes offering many restaurants and bars where you can access directly by boat. We also have the Portage Lakes State park beach where family's enjoy swimming and BBQ's
What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing the same family's bring their children to rent boats from us year after year. Seeing the kids grow up and enjoy the lakes give us great satisfaction in what we do.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When kids come back from their first fishing trip on one of our boats and come back to tell us about their first fish they have caught. Hearing stories like these give us pride in offering the services that we do.
