About Bear Creek Archery
For more than 20 years, John and Kathy Tidwell and the team at Bear Creek Archery have been sharing their knowledge via professional lessons and classes and supplying recreational and competitive archers with state-of-the-art equipment. Kathy is a multiyear NFAA national indoor champion, and her range has been known to welcome numerous state archery champions to its 16 lanes. Experienced male and female instructors introduce both kids and adults to the sport and coach advanced junior athletes toward success. Part of the facility's draw may be a Dart interactive video archery system that simulates an outdoor adventure with realistic targets.
The Tidwells' crew recommends bows made by top brands including Mathews and Hoyt and a wide variety of large premade aluminum and carbon arrows. They stock helpful accessories such as decoys, quiver mounts, and semicircular bow cases that can just as easily store half of a leftover pizza. The shop's technicians also perform equipment repairs and restring bows.
