What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? Our favorite response, which we get frequently, is when guests say that they cannot wait to go back to one of the restaurants that we sampled. That's when we know we have provided a quality food tour, is when our guests love the food and the stories so much that the restaurants become new regulars for our guests.
