I would give more stars if I could. Loretta is an excellent teacher. My husband and I have no experience with jewelry making, but she made the whole process very easy. She was patient and worked with all of us to help us make our rings. I would definitely recommend that anyone take one of her classes as it was a wonderful date night.

Rating based on atmosphere. It wasn’t horrible but there were areas of improvement. I felt as though the teacher was rushing us out of the studio, despite for the guaranteed 3-hour workshop. The value that you pay for does not reflect the pieces you walk away with, the 2 earrings maximum). I did walk away with intro skills but will continue someplace where I feel more comfortable.

Fun teacher, cool old barn converted into art studio, and we had time to make several pairs of earrings. Fun workshop!

Great workshop . I enjoyed making my own earrings . I would love to do it , again . The teacher was pleasant and very patient with a few of us beginners . I learned a lot.

My husband and I took the Introduction To Metalsmithing Jewelry workshop together. It is a great workshop that teaches you all of the basic techniques. You leave feeling like you know what you are doing and that you can do it your self at home. She goes over the equipment and tools. Explains how to safely use them and also the best places to buy them. I was a complete novice where my husband had some metalsmithing and we both learned in this class. The location is great, the workshop is well equipped. When we took the class is was a bit chilly but it made getting to know everyone a bit more fun and with some extra space heaters it warmed up
