Beginner classes are Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:15 am and Thursday and Thursday at 8:15 am.
With a variety of classes designed to target different areas of the body, COREdination Pilates' sessions help clients get in shape, gain muscle tone, and develop strength. Classic Pilates classes make use of the Reformer, a machine designed specifically for Pilates poses. These workouts can lead to increased flexibility, stronger athletic performance, and the elimination of preexisting aches and pizza bellies. Multiple levels of Reformer classes allow students to advance through more challenging courses with the approval of their instructors.
