What You'll Get
Since the rise of the Internet, people have struggled to tear their now-useless phone books in half. Bulk up to succeed where others have failed with today’s Groupon to CrossFit 806. Choose between the following options:
• For $19, you get four CrossFit sessions (a $40 value) and one introductory Elements class (a $50 value) (a $90 total value).
• For $39, you get 12 CrossFit sessions (a $90 value) and one introductory Elements class (a $50 value) (a $140 total value).
CrossFit 806 employs the sweat-inducing services of a quintet of certified CrossFit trainers who chisel the cores and amp up the endurance of elite athletes and fitness beginners alike. The Elements class introduces basic CrossFit techniques in order to avoid injury and rookie mistakes such as ingesting a barbell. Following the initial session, participants will be able to begin re-physiquing their frames with CrossFit classes. After a five-minute review clinic and warm-up, a trainer pilots participants through the workout of the day, focusing on one or more of 10 areas of fitness, which include strength, agility, and coordination. Exercises vary from day to day to prevent muscles from becoming bored and heckling the Hulk, but each session includes weight lifting, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, and a cool-down stretch.
