CrossFit Maximum Dosage
The flexibility of the CrossFit regimen ensures that everyone can get their body in peak condition, whether they're a competitive athlete or just an average gym-goer. At CrossFit Maximum Dosage, trainers help clients challenge—and then overcome—their physical limits through scalable strength and endurance training. The ever-changing workouts incorporate sequences of functional-fitness exercises, such as running, jumping, and squatting, that are performed at a high level of intensity. Over the course of 60 minutes, students may dead-lift weights, swing kettlebells, and jump onto elevated boxes depending on the day's scheduled workout. Every exercise can be modified, which allows visitors of all ages and fitness levels to achieve a demanding, but not insurmountable, challenge.
