About Dented Brick Distillery
Dented Brick Distillery's spirits are made on the site of where an old brick house once stood, taking water from an artisan well. Before the distillery's owners set up shop, they held on to every single brick—dents and all. They then incorporated the age-mottled building blocks into the new distillery, honoring the building's tangible legacy to celebrate what had come before. They honor tradition by using locally sourced, organic, and non-GMO ingredients as much as they can. The distillery is also one of the few places to make their alcohol from scratch as they seek to push the envelope in the industry.
