- Dulcey Simpkins graduated from the Rolf Institute for Structural Integration in Boulder, CO and has studied movement education, and psychological and anatomical approaches for lasting change in the body. She brings decades of movement arts and mindfulness practice to her work, including training in aikido, Iyengar yoga and mindfulness meditation. She achieved a Ph.D. in Political Science, and a Master’s in Resource Policy at the University of Michigan.

- During a Rolfing® session, a Certified Rolfer™ uses manual pressure to release tension from connective tissues while guiding the client through specialized movements to provide new options for posture and body alignment. A series of sessions is designed to release painful holding patterns and increase mobility.

Rolfing® Structural Integration proved a key to recovery from her own injuries, and she seeks to share those benefits with her clients in Broomfield, Westminster and North Denver. Drawing on her training in Dr. Ida Rolf's pioneering bodywork realignment series, as well as decades of practice in body movement arts and mindfulness, she aims to assist people from all walks of life reduce pain, find balance and enjoy movement again.
