What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We support our community. We believe yoga is for everybody and everyone. Our day to day classes help support our community outreach programs where we honor our local heroes by offering Trauma Resiliency Yoga. Come and support your heroes and experience a different level of community.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We challenge you to step out of your comfort zone. We celebrate each persons accomplishments. We treat each person as VIP and get to know them on a personal level. We will match our classes to help assist with anything they are struggling with or are hoping to achieve.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our studio was based on supporting our local heroes and community. We saw a gap in our community offering Yoga to all levels. We are here to assist in Trauma and are fully certified to handle prevention and mindfulness. This studio is about offering support for those who have protected us.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with new clients, working with our local heroes and watching the successes of each and every person that walks in our doors.
