Choose between Two Options:
- $17 for three weeks of unlimited HIIT kickboxing and strength training where students must bring their own gloves ($80 value)
- $30 for three weeks of unlimited HIIT kickboxing and strength training with new gloves and wraps included ($115 value)
Valid for any class time starting at 5:15 a.m. through 6:45 p.m. Each week consists of three days of high intensity interval training using kickboxing on heavy bags and three days of strength training with body weight, resistance bands, and medicine balls. Additional support offered during classes is personal coaching, nutritional support, fitness evaluations, technique seminars, and more.
