Metabolic classes incorporate TRX suspension bands, kettlebells, medicine bags, and other tools into interval-training sessions in order to burn fat and jump-start the metabolism. Semi-private training sessions begin with a one-on-one consultation with a trainer, who will customize a program for you based on your fitness goals and movement patterns. Each semi-private session includes no more than four students at a time.

On top of earning numerous certifications ranging from weight management and performance to TRX suspension and indoor cycling, Rebecca strives to stay at the forefront of the fitness world by making biannual treks to learn from health experts and bestselling authors such as Alwyn and Rachel Cosgrove and Todd Durkin. She uses this knowledge to create non-traditional, results-driven workouts that eschew weight machines for kettlebells, medicine balls, and other free weights that help to build a more stable, balanced body.

That's why each new Finally Fit client meets with a trainer to determine the best course of action for their desired results, whether it's losing 50 pounds of fat or gaining 10 pounds of muscle. After that, clients can enroll in one of four classes that use interval training, metabolic challenges, heart-rate zones, and other cutting-edge techniques to help them reach their goals.
