What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Fit-150 is the opposite to other weight loss approaches, which are based on using large muscles to burn energy in an attempt to loose fat. Fit-150 exercises are designed to use very little muscle and directly burn the stored fat, especially in targeted areas, such as the waist, chin, arms, and buttocks.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The epidemic of obesity and diabetes in this country. We also wanted to address the failure of most programs to correct the metabolic imbalances underlying weight problems as well as cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar issues. We saw a need for a new fitness approach using the mind to effect changes in our health.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to see the difference Fit-150 is making in our students lives. The transformation occurs on many levels, from the deep inner connection and their sense of well being to weight loss, fitness, flexibility, and improved confidence and overall zest for life.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
