With having access to me personally two times a week, feel free to ask any questions or concerns you might be worried about or just need a accountability partner!

  • Be willing to relocate at the choice of the clients’ gym location or the location that they are training at.

As a mother and Certified Personal Trainer/Nutrition Coach, my mission to help pre or post moms who are seeking for weight loss and toning up at the same time. Remembering back when I was on my postpartum fitness journey, I didn't really had much support from others, didn't had a clue on where or even how to start on a "diet" or workout regime when I basically self-taught myself by surfing up on the web, YouTube, and fitness blogs.

With incorporating at least 1-2 times a week of strength training to preserve fat mass and cardiovascular training, you will be on the road for weight loss and chances of toning up as well as also learning the basics of proper form, stabilization, and mobility to help you get stronger.

Let me to tell you now, whatever your fitness goal are, it's not going to come easy and there's no quick easy fixes for it either. It's about having a healthier lifestyle while still be able to eat your favorite sweets and snacks. It's about having that burst of extra energy throughout the day so you have more interaction with your kid(s), it's about feeling freaken great on the outside but especially inside.
