Pam took the time to explain everything very clearly. She didn't try to sell me products or services. The treatment was not what I had expected so I was glad she was so clear and concise.

If you are debating on whether to buy this Groupon for Body Essentials do it! They are result driven. After my first treatment  my husband said to me your legs look good, whatever you got done worked. So excited to see the results of my remaining sessions. Katrina was great, talked through everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable. I will continue to use them for other services that they offer.

This was my first time being serviced by Monica and it was a lovely experience. Her vast experience is very apparent. She shared great information regarding pain reduction during wax and the prevention of ingrown hairs that I have never received from previous spots I have gone to. She even went into detail about her facial services she offers. I will most definitely be booking my next wax and facial with Monica and I have already recommended her to a few of my friends.

Had trouble at first they had switched over to a new system but through their great customer service I was able to register and complete the process.
