What You'll Get
- $20 for two circuit-training classes in Oklahoma City ($40 value)
Circuits-training classes typically have exercisers complete 8–10 exercises or fitness stations 2–3 times with little rest in between. The quick pace causes the heart rate to rise and remain elevated throughout the session, promoting a more-sustained calorie burn. Trainers might have exercisers do 30 seconds of jumping jacks, followed by 30 seconds of stairs, followed by 30 seconds of push-ups, and so on, giving exercisers a complete workout in a short amount of time.
