- $105 for a first-jump course and first instructor assisted deployment jump ($199 value)
This program is meant for only the most serious thrill seeker. Students will complete a vigorous 4-6 ground training school with a certified instructor, learning the skills necessary to make a skydive completely solo. Upon completion of the ground school, students will be ready to take to the skies under their own parachute and complete the level-one Instructor Assisted Deployment (IAD) skydive. IAD skydives entail jumping from an altitude of 5,000 feet with an instructor deploying the parachute upon exiting the aircraft, after which students guide canopy to the ground with radio assistance.
Subsequent instructor assisted deployment jumps are offered for an additional $99 each. For more information click here.
Florida Parachute Center
As a United States Parachute Association–approved training progression drop zone, Florida Parachute Center transforms skydiving students into licensed professionals. From its private airport, the facility launches skydives from an altitude of 10,000–12,000 feet, where customers free-fall for nearly a minute at speeds of up to 120 mph. With a large spectator viewing area on site, friends and family can be a part of your entire experience.
