To share what works for me as a busy mom of 3 small children; empowering others to take back their health and wellbeing

Connecting with others and having a positive impact on moms and children. Witnessing others focusing on self care and creating their own health transformations.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I partnered with a breastfeeding mom. Her baby was fussy due to what she was eating. After we partnered (food ideas, support, etc), she said " You've given me far better recommendations & guidance than the 2 pediatricians, 3 nurses and nurse practitioner I reached out to. You're awesome!"
