What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are the only food truck serving a fusion of Tex-Mex and Italian. All of our dishes are made fresh, using premium products.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
The Gibroni pasta is our signature dish, served with chorizo meatball and our O.G. Marinara Sawse with imported tomato, fresh basil, olive oil, and roast garlic…, parmesan, cilantro, and an Easy Tiger Bakery baguette.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Gibroni’s started as an idea when owner, Tony “Gibroni” Gioutsos, tasted some of the best Italian food while honeymooning in Sayulitya, Mexico. Once back home, Texitalican cuisine was an immediate hit with friends and family, and the Gioutsos were inspired to move to Austin to open their food truck.
