The service was ok, not exceptional since they did messed up my breakfast pass accommodations but customer service did make up for it. I’m giving a less than 5 stars because of that. GWL do not really enforce the social distancing. There’s signs that are up but that’s about it. The time that we went was during President’s Day. There was a shortage of lifeguards. We cannot play on certain area.

Fun but was hard to redeem the Groupon. The store closed early and the front desk doesn’t do Groupon’s.

Great fun, the decrease in capacity made the water slide lines shorter... pizza was great... magiquest was confusing at first but after we figured it out and my 6year old loved it and didn't want to stop playing

About Great Wolf Lodge - LaGrange

The heart and soul of Great Wolf Lodge - LaGrange is its 93,000-square-foot indoor water park. Splashy rides such as River Canyon Run—a raft water slide—and a zero-depth-entry wave pool with 3-foot swells surround the park’s iconic hub: a four-story treehouse with a 1,000-gallon tipping bucket. Younger kids will have a blast with the water slides and gentle spray features of Whooping Hollow and Cub Paw Pool.

The water park, which hovers around 84 degrees all year long, isn’t the resort’s only family-friendly activity. You’ll also find an arcade with more than 100 games, as well as mini golf.
