Hot Indian Foods
There's a reason Hot Indian Foods was named Best New Food Truck in 2013 by Minneapolis/St. Paul magazine: its innovative food. The mobile eatery boasts a seemingly simple menu of Indian burritos, or Indurritos. The cooks make fresh roti and then fill the Indian bread with such flavors as chicken in a creamy smoked tomato curry, spinach cooked with paneer cheese, and vegan aloo gobi. Their lamb Indurrito, which was crowned one of the Best Dishes of 2013 by Pioneer Press, combines slow-braised lamb with juicy channa masala.
Hungry people can visit Hot Indian Foods' new location at Midtown Global Market or they can check the website or put a spy tracker on the truck to see where it's stopping next.
