About I Love Burgers
You don't have to roam far from the slots at the Venetian to find refreshments. Inside the adjoining Shoppes at The Palazzo, the staffers at I Love Burgers serve up American favorites and drinks including imported beers and 50-ounce frozen daiquiris. To ensure diners can remember which way the slots are, they grill 14 riffs on their signature Angus burger. They top these sizzling patties with the Italian flavors of caprese drizzled in a balsamic reduction, and channel Seoul's soul with sriracha, kimchi, a fresh egg, and furikake-wasabi mayo. These favorites can also be found at a second location in Town Square, south of The Strip.
But Angus beef isn't their only patty option. They incorporate everything from vegetarian-friendly black beans to buffalo to brisket blended with bacon, resulting in creations such as the Plymouth's Pride turkey burger with stuffing and cranberry chutney. They pair burgers with fried bites of mac 'n' cheese or Garbage fries sprinkled with a menagerie of American toppings. For those looking for lighter fare, they toss mixed salad greens with chicken or salmon alongside healthy ingredients fit for a nutritionist's amateur puppet show.
