Brandon cleaned my carpet June 14, said he'll come back for follow-up to make sure stains were removed properly. Needless to say he didn't. I called him & Sent pictures of the work & stated I was dissatisfied. Again he promised to comeback stating his new employee hadn't done the job right. After 6 weeks I gave him a bad review because he never made it right. So he said I'll refund your money since you gave me a bad review. Well I didn't on him, unfortunately I still haven't been compensated. Now I'm writing another review and contacting BBB, GROUPON & my credit card company.
