Jeff was nice, but he didn't cut my hair the way I asked. I asked him to cut my ends off and to put layers in my hair. He barely cut half a centimeter off of my ends, so they are still raggedy. Also, instead of putting layers in my hair, he only cut the front to frame my face. He didn't ruin my hair, but if I'm going to pay to have my hair cut, my hair should be cut the way I asked.
