Ken was courteous and welcoming which is something I don't often find at car repair places. I went to Oil Rite before I came here, but the owner was rude and seemed annoyed by my visit so I left. Glad I came to Ken instead. The filter and disposal were not included with this groupon, so it was $15 extra, but Ken made sure I was aware of this before beginning my oil change.
