It isn't hard to figure out what Kebab does best. Hint: the answer is right there in the name. The signature döner kebabs draws crowds with its tender, marinated chicken thighs, which cooks source from the local Springer Mountain Farms and roast slowly on a rotisserie. And to make things even more mouthwatering, they top the whole thing with creamy garlic aioli and mustard, as well as pickled cucumbers, cabbage, and red onions. Cooks can then pair this popular dish with an equally popular side—the Belgian fries with aioli and ketchup for dipping. Of course, they also offer other tantalizing options, including falafel, hummus plates, and gryo kebab.
Kebab doesn't skimp when it comes to the beverage menu, either, offering cocktails, beer, housemade soda, and even coconuts with straws. The restaurant's virtuosic offerings don't end with food and drink, though. Once patrons have fed their stomachs, they can feed their nostalgia with a visit to the on-site Mystic Krewe Pinball Parlor, featuring seven vintage pinball machines amongst original works from local artists of all stripes.
