Not many people know it, but the entire city of Dublin was built on a foundation of eggs, Irish sausage, Irish rashers, and black and white pudding. Along with beans and toast, those are also the key components in Kitty O'Sheas' signature Dublin City dish, which chefs fry up during both weekend brunch and daily dinner service.
From mimosas in the morning to pints of Guinness in the evening, the Irish spirit flows here until at least 2 a.m. every day of the week. Beer also plays a key role in the kitchen, where chefs use it to make beer-battered fish and chips, beer-battered bangers and fries, and traditional Guinness beef stew (served seasonally). Of course, there's also plenty of entertainment to pair with the good food; depending on the day, Kitty O'Sheas hosts trivia, open mic nights, and karaoke.
