Truly the worst massage of my life. I asked multiple times for deeper pressure and specific areas to focus on and the massage therapist ignored those requests. Not sure why I was asked to fill out a questionnaire with my problem areas/preferences before the appointment because it clearly wasn't even glanced at. I rarely treat myself to massages and was so incredibly sad and disappointed to have wasted money when I just wanted to relax and de-stress.
