Legacy Portrait’s experienced photographer, Kim Mitchell, sets subjects at ease as she snaps artistic, intimate portraits during private 45-minute shoots. Set against the studio’s scintillating boudoir background, single subjects or couples confidently immortalize sensuality on film in up to three outfits brought from home, such as silky negligees or satin footy pajamas. Once alluring glances and embraces have sparked fire upon film, the photographer sets to work editing out any flaws or attention-hungry second heads from the photographs. Clients receive either one or two retouched prints in their chosen size, up to five retouched, low-resolution pics of their favorite poses burned onto a CD, and all of the retouched pictures from the shoot hosted in a password-protected online gallery. Legacy Portraits is open Monday–Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays. Kim is always willing to take appointments during weekend hours as needed.
