I hate to do this but here goes... I bought the Groupon for the cleaning, exam and xrays. The office is right across the street and I though it would be nice to work with a neighboring business. The first part of the exam was done by a dental assistant who was very nice, but she seemed uncomfortable when talking about my teeth. It reminded me of a child feeling guilty for telling a lie (her body language was a big reason for my going to get a second opinion). They did xays and a photo and Dr. Jeong probed around in my mouth. They reviewed the xrays with me and told me the "bad news." Their findings were that I needed 5 teeth filled and one probable root canal or cap if things went well. So a total of 6 teeth needed work. Total price $4,700 (discounted for cash pay). Also they said I have periodontal disease and needed a deep cleaning that would be another $380. By the way, the only dental Hygienist they have was not there that day. Check out their website and you'll find that there is one person who cleans teeth and 2 dentists and several assistants who I now know are salespeople. So I went for the second opinion with a well established dentist and it turns out that the 5 teeth I needed filled are actually healthy.. The one tooth that needed a cap or root canal actually just needs a new filling (the only cavity I've ever had). I have no periodontal disease. They actually measured each tooth, which was not done at Lifetime. And also, they said my teeth look great and a routine cleaning was all I needed. The cost for my filling... $290. I exchanged some emails with the office staff at Lifetime Family Dentistry about honoring the routine cleaning I paid for. They only offered a new exam... even though I just had one a few days ago. (I guess to try and sell me again). I don't like having to say these things about a local business but people need to know that there is a chance that this practice will attempt to ruin heathy teeth for profit.

Very friendly professional staff. My daughter received a thorough exam and we were notified of some urgent issues we were not made aware of by her other dentist we've been seeing for years.

The office is beautiful, very upscale. The extra options to make your visit more comfortable like a warm blanket, a massage from massage chair, an actual therapy dog, and more. I loved that they had Fiji water. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and really used conversation to get to know me. The cleaning and exam was very thorough and everyone was very knowelegable. They really took their time with me. Honestly, its the best dentist I have been to.

This is one of the nicest dental offices I've been in. My complaint is that they take appointments starting at 7:00, but held an office meeting at 7:00 until slightly after 7:30. That backed up everything and I had to wait 40 minutes for a hygienist to clean my teeth.

Beautiful office, nice staff. Good for if you genuinely just need a cleaning and x-rays. Unfortunately, I needed a filling. Initially they quoted me absurdly high, maybe $400 for one filling, but I was explicit that they’ve only been $150-$200 in the past and they knocked it down. I wasn’t sure if I should have been thrilled or concerned that I was able to haggle at the dentist. Overall good work.
