Sometimes it's all about the little things in life. What supplemental courtesies do you include with your main services to leave clients with a smile on their face?
We allow our customers to watch their vehicle while we tint it, if they wish, which is uncommon.

How is your approach different than that of other professionals in your field?
We have a huge client base, mostly because we treat our customers and their vehicles well. Because of that, they usually come back again. We even have grandcustomers—the grandchildren of customers we've worked with from the beginning.

What's one tip for first-time customers that will make them feel like regulars?
Bring a book or watch TV in our waiting room while we tint your windows. We also offer complimentary coffee, tea, and sodas. The average wait-time is 1–1.5 hours.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
I try to impress upon current and potential customers the importance of window tinting for blocking UV rays. Llumar—the company that produces the window film we use—has teamed up with the American Cancer Society to promote cancer awareness. At first, tinting was used mostly for looks, but now we have dermatologist sending us some of their patients because of they have sensitive skin and need to protect it from sun damage, which can cause cancer. All of our films block 99% of harmful UV rays.
