Customers pick their greens, then select veggies, fruits, grains, proteins, cheese, and other toppings from the Green portion of the menu. They cap the salad or wrap with their choice of dressing.
At Mean Greens, the team means greens the way businessmen mean business: a lot. That's why each of their salads and wraps starts with a base of fresh greens, such as kale or baby spinach, all of which are locally sourced. On top, they add an assortment of toppings, from chicken and nuts to veggies and fruits. A final drizzle of dressing finishes off the dish. And when diners ultimately sit down and eat, the tables evoke green just as much as the food—they're lime green, as are the eatery's bright countertops.
