The service writer seems confused every time I arrive after making an appointment a week in advance. He takes my info when I make the appointment but then needs to take again when I arrive for my appointment. They did the oil change on time and I am satisfied.

Merchant was very helpful and worked with me on a last minute time change. The $10 and change I was told I had to pay out of pocket was not cool but don’t want to point the finger at the merchant if it isn’t their fault.

Beware that they charge you extra outside of the oil change. The woman at the counter said I had to pay $8.63 for the oil filter IN ADDITION TO the groupon you ALREADY paid for. The Groupon page does not state anywhere that they will include the oil filter but at the same time do not say that they will charge you EXTRA once you come in. This should be completely transparent for buyers. Came in on a Wednesday morning at 10am for my appointment which was conveniently made online. I called the night before to make sure everything would be ok before I arrived. I asked her how early I should come in for my 10am appointment and she responded 10am and that I would wait 40 minutes for my oil change. I came in and I waited but all the seats were pretty dirty, which I didn’t expect from a franchise place like this. There’s plenty of parking out front. However, I believe there was only one person working in the back, and only one girl for reception. They gave me a list of things that my car needed fixed and the woman at the counter was not helpful at all for someone like me who doesn't understand car lingo. She was really irritated and dismissive of my questions and didn't bother looking up the parts I needed. I definitely won't be coming back here.
