When you’ll spend eight weeks in fitness-and-conditioning classes at New Year New You Bootcamp, you’ll sweat. A lot. Sweat rids the body of water, but also of trace amounts of toxins. The sweat glands are the body’s own fire-sprinkler system. They keep the temperature inside our skin livable by releasing water, which cools the body as it evaporates.

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from he competition?
Only boot camp that offers a personalized nutritional supplement plan with 17 years of research backing it. This plan helps detox your body and bring it back to homeostasis to attain the best results. Trainers have very diverse backgrounds in weightlifting, plyometrics, yoga, Pilates, dance, etc.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Clients will set goals before and during the boot camp. Trainers will make the workouts fun and exciting so clients can attain their goals in a supportive environment.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We have seen so much success with the personalized nutrition program alone that we want to share it with more people.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others reach their goals. There is no greater feeling than seeing the smile on someone's face when they accomplish something they didn't think was possible.
