About North Shore Poke Co.

Head chef Shawn Gole first discovered poke while serving in the Coast Guard in Hawaii, and quickly decided to bring it back to the mainland along with his father and sister-turned-pastry chef. Ahi tuna or salmon (or both for the extra-hungry) are mixed in with green onions, cilantro, and plenty of other veggies before getting mixed with one of North Shore's six sauces, each brings their own distinct flavor and spiciness. Fresh sashimi, as well as poke tacos and sandwiches, round out the menu.

Good service. Ordered the build your own poke bowl. Good value. Lots of rice. Too much sauce. I would return but will mention to go easy on the sauce.
