I purchased a surprise hot stone massage for my wife. She was unaware of what massage I purchased for her. Unfortunately after the massage I asked her about the hot stones and how that felt against her back. She informed me that she never had hot stones placed on her back and that she believes she recieved a normal massage without the hot stones.. I'm disappointed that she didn't receive the massage that I paid for. I will be contacting Pelo about her appointment.

Not sure what happened but I went in for a hot stone massage but ended up with a deep tissue massage. It was still great. Confirm your massage before it begins is the lesson here,
