About This Deal
60- minute Intro to Pole Fitness Class. This class is designed to introduce Beginners to what Pole Fitness is all about. It’ll start with the very basics and give the students more opportunity to have everything broken down. You’ll want to bring a filled water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one, we do have loaner mats if you don’t have one. You’ll want to wear shorts, sports bra, and a normal top.

Pole Dance & Fitness Rogue Valley is intended to be a place of reprieve from the outside world, a place where each member is free to be their authentic self, to freely express, a place of healing as much as a place of learning.
