About Pure Barre
Beginning in 2001 as a small fitness operation, Pure Barre has since blossomed into a widely acclaimed, widely publicized approach to exercise with a nationwide following. Each 50-minute Pure Barre Classic class is broken into four sections (arms, seat, thighs, and abs) and set to customized music that rotates each week. The high-intensity, low-impact routines change frequently, keeping workouts challenging and fun. To complement the Pure Barre Classic, the Pure Empower class brings together strength training and cardio-centric circuits. Using a 6-inch step-up platform, ankle weights, and one's own body weight, Pure Empower is challenging but modifiable for all levels. Dedicated participants of the Pure Barre method often see significant results in as little as three–four weeks.
