The horseshoe bar at the center of Redemption Alewerks stocks 16 handcrafted works of art ready to drop the jaw of any guest: an ever-changing list of the brewery's craft stouts, double IPAs, ciders, scotch ales, and other drafts. With such an outstanding collection, it can be hard to pick just one to fill your glass. Thankfully, tough, the bartenders pour flights of their signature elixirs, as well as samplings of wines, scotches, and whiskeys.

All of these pair nicely with Redemption's interpretation of American pub cuisine. Chefs start meals off with shrimp cocktails or hush puppies with chipotle-ranch dipping sauce, and from there, move meals into the realm of shrimp po' boys, cuban sandwiches, and specialty burgers. Patrons can munch any of these while taking in sports on the bar's flatscreen TVs or playing games of Jenga—helmets and shoulder pads optional.
